AEPG (Advanced Engineering Prismatic Grade) is reflective. 

HIP (High Intensity Prismatic) more reflective

Standard vinyl does not allow reflection in areas the vinyl is present. The background will still reflect if selected above.

3M Series 1170 ElectroCut Film is translucent, so the reflection of the background will still occur, and allow the reflection to be the color of the selected material.
